Opt-out and Data Deletion

This page explains how to stop receiving communications from Veridon and how to request the deletion of your data. Both options are straightforward and have no negative consequences.

What This Page Explains

This page explains the difference between a communications opt-out and a full data deletion request, what happens after each, how to submit a request, and when it will be processed.

What This Does NOT Represent

A communications opt-out does not automatically delete your stored data. To delete your data, you must submit a full data deletion request. Full data deletion automatically includes removal from all communications.

Requesting an opt-out or data deletion has no negative consequences. You will not lose access to any service you have already received. You will not be contacted after your request is processed.

Core Explanation Sections

What Opt-out Means

Opting out means that we will stop sending you diagnostic review emails, periodic updates, and any other communications from Veridon. After you opt out, you will not receive further emails from us.

What Full Deletion Means

Full deletion means that we will delete your email address, diagnostic inputs, score output, and interaction records from our active systems. After full deletion, we hold no data that can be attributed to you. Full deletion automatically includes removal from all communications. You do not need to submit a separate opt-out request if you are requesting full deletion.

What Happens After Opt-out

After your opt-out request is processed:

  • You will not receive further emails from Veridon
  • Your previously completed diagnostic scores and reports are no longer accessible via email communications
  • Your data is retained for the remainder of the 12-month storage period unless you also submit a full data deletion request
  • You may re-engage with the Veridon diagnostic platform at any time by visiting veridon.com and completing a fresh review

How to Submit a Request

To opt out of Veridon communications, or to request full data deletion, email us at support@veridon.com.

Include 'Opt-out request' or 'Data deletion request' in the subject line of your email. You do not need to provide any reason. You do not need to fill in a form.

Processing Timing

We will process your opt-out or deletion request within 48 hours of receiving your email.
