This page explains our official sending domain and subdomain, how legitimate Veridon messages look, what Veridon will never ask you, and how to report a suspicious message.

Official Sending Domain and Subdomain

All email communications from Veridon are sent from the domain veridon.com. Our sending subdomain is mail.veridon.com.

Legitimate emails from Veridon come from an address ending in @veridon.com or @mail.veridon.com.

If you receive a message from any other domain or address claiming to be from Veridon, do not respond to it and do not click any links in it.

How Legitimate Veridon Messages Look

Genuine communications from Veridon:

  • Come from an address ending in @veridon.com or @mail.veridon.com
  • Refer to a diagnostic review you completed or requested
  • Contain a clear explanation of what the message is (for example: your diagnostic report, a periodic review update)
  • Do not ask for payment, bank details, account credentials, or personal identification
  • Include a clearly visible unsubscribe or opt-out option
  • Include our registered company name and address in the footer: Veridon Ltd., 124 Amathoutos Av., 4549 Limassol, Republic of Cyprus

What Veridon Will Never Ask

Veridon will never ask you to:

  • Provide your bank account number, payment card details, or account login credentials
  • Make a payment by email or by clicking a link in an email
  • Share your national identification number, passport number, or government-issued ID
  • Urgently confirm or verify your personal details within a short timeframe
  • Download an attachment to access your diagnostic report (reports are delivered via the diagnostic platform, not as attachments)

If You Receive a Suspicious Message

If you receive a message that claims to be from Veridon but does not match the characteristics described on this page:

  • Do not click any links in the message
  • Do not reply to the message
  • Forward the message to support@veridon.com so we can investigate

No Penalty for Reporting

We take reports of suspicious communications seriously. You will not be penalised or disadvantaged for reporting a message.
