Privacy and Data Usage
This page explains what information Veridon collects when you complete a diagnostic review, how we use it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and how you can request deletion. We handle your information with the same transparency we apply to the diagnostic itself.
What This Page Explains
This page covers four areas: what data Veridon collects and why, how long it is retained, who it is shared with, and how you can request deletion or opt-out.

Core Explanation Sections
What We Collect
- Your email address — provided when you request your full diagnostic report
- Your diagnostic inputs — the multiple-choice answers you provide during the review
- Your diagnostic score and driver output — the result generated from your inputs
- Basic interaction data — which diagnostic you completed, the time and date of completion, and whether the review was completed fully or partially
Why We Collect It
We collect your email address to deliver your diagnostic report and to send you periodic review updates and communications from Veridon.
We collect your diagnostic inputs and score output to generate your result, to improve our diagnostic models over time, and to provide personalised benchmarking in future diagnostics.
We collect basic interaction data to monitor the performance of the diagnostic and to support platform improvements.
Storage Duration
We retain your data for 12 months from the date of initial collection. After this period, your data is deleted from our systems unless you have actively engaged with additional Veridon diagnostics during the retention period, in which case the 12-month period applies to the most recent interaction.
Third-Party Sharing
We share identified user data with selected third-party financial service providers for the purpose of supporting referral programs. This means that if your diagnostic profile indicates structural characteristics relevant to a financial service offering, we share your email address and diagnostic summary with a selected partner. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties. Partners who receive your data are contractually bound to use it only for the stated referral purpose.
If you do not wish your data to be shared with third-party financial service providers for referral purposes, email us at support@veridon.com.
Historical Input Reuse
Historical diagnostic inputs you have provided are reused for internal analytics, model improvement, and personalised benchmarking in future diagnostics. This means that inputs from a previous review contribute to the contextual interpretation of a future review you complete. This does not result in any change to your stored data.
Your Rights and Deletion Requests
You may request the deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@veridon.com. We will process deletion requests within 48 hours of receiving your request. Deletion removes your email address, diagnostic inputs, score output, and interaction records from our active systems. After deletion, we no longer hold any information that can be attributed to you.
Security
Your data is stored using industry-standard security practices. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel and authorised third-party partners under contractual data-processing agreements. We do not store diagnostic inputs in plain text alongside identifiable personal information.
